We can offer 1:1 training with your biller and can continue to provider support and oversee your billing department until they are comfortable on their own.

"Yes, my front desk needs help"

Your front desk holds an important job. Not only are they the first things patient's see but they are crucial in getting your claims paid!

We can offer training with your front desk receptionist(s) on how their role impacts the billing department, what information is most important to obtain from the patients and why. We can also teach them basic billing items they may be asked about at check in.
